Your new role
The business is seeking an Event Planner & Sales Support Administrator to support the Sales Team. This is a varied, multi-disciplinary role requiring strong organisational and stakeholder management skills. Reporting to the SVP Strategic Sales – Europe, you will work in a hybrid model with regular European travel, supporting sales activities and key B2B customers. Ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic role within a close-knit, supportive team.
1. Suited to candidates with 2+ years’ experience in event planning,fortable working in a small team.
2. Hands-on role involving physical setup of showroom and event displays.
3. Strongmunication skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
5. Acts as the primary point of contact for event planning across the UK and Europe.
6. Involves regular European travel (5–7 days at a time) with flexibility for occasional weekend work; time off in lieu provided.
What you will get in return
7. Salary of £40,000 plus a discretionary bonus

9. 24 days basic allowance plus Bank/Public Holidays.
10. Annual leave allowance increases by 1 day each year of service up to a maximum of 29 days leave.
