Your core duties will involve:
1. Leading the preparation of cost plans and estimates and supporting presentation documents from inception and feasibility stages onwards
2. Presenting the above, explaining and agreeing approaches to issues around project risks and uncertainties
3. Leading procurement activities and contract formation
4. Managing the entire post-contract delivery process
5. Undertaking general project strategy shaping and client handling
6. Preparing cost plans and estimates
7. Undertaking procurement of projects from start to finish including preparation of tender documentation
8. Managing work packages post-contract including change control and valuation, progress valuations, cost reports and final accounts
