A position has come available for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister to join our successful office in Guildford.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Estate Agency and have a track record in sales as well as an ability to win instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactive and efficient management of new and current leads.
* Actively generate new instructions and grow sales stock through
* To carry out viewings and market appraisals in a professional and efficient manner.
* Organise available stock and ensure listings are up to date
* Progress sales pipeline.
This position is suited for someone that is motivated and driven to succeed with the added benefit of working for an independent agency. The ideal candidate will have had experience with a cold start sales department and must have a proven track record of listing properties.
There is uncapped commission with the potential to vastly increase your earnings once you have grown your pipeline.
We are open Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00 and Saturdays 10:00 - 16:00.
The working week is Monday - Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays.
Car and Business Insurance Required
A guarantee can be offered for the first 12 months can be available for the right candidate.
