Opportunity for Interim Specialists to Support NHS Initiatives

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical/Operation Lead to join our team. This role will serve as the technical product and delivery interface, ensuring seamless integration and execution of our strategic programmes. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and operational acumen.
Role Scope:
* Full time hours - 37.5 per week
* A fixed-term agreement for 6 months
* Remote working opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Programme Design: Structure, roadmap, and align programme goals with organisational priorities.
* Governance & Assurance: Set up decision-making frameworks, escalation pathways, and oversight boards.
* Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks across delivery streams.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with internal and external partners (e.g., trial sponsors, NHSE, data custodians).
* Performance Tracking: Design KPI frameworks and monitoring tools to report on impact, timelines, and budget.
* Communication: Synthesise complex programme updates for varied audiences—executive, delivery teams, and the public.
* Agile & Adaptive Planning: Revise delivery plans and resource allocation as requirements evolve.
