Would be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs and projects**Key Responsibilities**• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs and projects.• Drive multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, QA, architecture, DevOps, and product.• Ensure delivery governance, risk management, and compliance with organizational standards.• Manage stakeholder communication including senior leadership, business partners, and external vendors.• Oversee project financials, resource allocations, and delivery roadmaps.• Ensure adherence to Agile/Hybrid delivery frameworks and best practices.• Identify delivery bottlenecks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure continuous improvement.• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight for delivery teams.**Required Skills & Experience**• 15+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or engineering leadership.• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and cloud-native delivery environments.• MUST HAVE: Strong Payments domain experience (e.g., card payments, real‑time payments, clearing & settlement, ISO 20022, SWIFT).• Experience working in global, multi‑location delivery models.• Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-million-dollar programs.• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict‑resolution skills.• Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and security requirements (preferred for financial services).**Preferred Qualifications**• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications.• Experience with financial services, digital transformation, or cloud modernization initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
