Stairlift Refurbishment Operative Responsibilities: Prepare and refurbish stairlifts, ensuring they are fully tested, defect-free, and meet compliance standards. Pack and secure refurbished stairlifts, ensuring all necessary parts are included. Carry out warehouse duties, including stock control, booking in returned stairlifts, and completing stocktakes. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring waste is disposed of correctly. Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stairlift Refurbishment Operative Requirements: Experience using basic hand tools. Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge (desirable). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Commitment to health & safety and continuous improvement.
