Kelly Group is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and has a unique opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our newly reformed Recruitment Team.
We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, great attention to detail, organized, and able to work well under pressure to join our expanding team.
In This Role You Will Be Responsible For
* Working with the recruitment team and recruitment provider to deliver strong administrative support related to in-house recruitment activities.
* Delivering an end-to-end recruitment and selection process that exceeds the expectations of the company, candidates, and applicants.
* Actively and proactively sourcing quality candidates using various mediums.
* Updating the recruitment database.
* Liaising with successful and unsuccessful applicants.
* Collating delegates' personal data.
* Managing compliance prior to applicants being offered roles.
Qualifications and Experience
* The ability to multitask to a high standard with exceptional attention to detail.
* Logical and methodical approach.
* Team player with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly skilled in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Email, etc.).
* Proven organizational skills, including effective workload management.
* Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
