You’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and warm hospitality to every visitor.
Your duties will include greeting customers, taking and serving orders, preparing high-quality food and beverages to recipe standards, handling card payments, and keeping the café clean, tidy, and safe. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure smooth service, assist with opening and closing tasks, restocking, receiving orders, upselling menu items, and professionally resolving customer queries or concerns.
Training will be provided where required, along with other tasks set by management.
Previous experience is preferred. We’re looking for someone with great communication skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Core skills required
