We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Employee Benefits Servicing team. This role supports financial advisors and employers, managing insurance and benefits platforms with exceptional customer service.
The Opportunity
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for administering Life Insurance and Income Protection schemes, responding to broker and client inquiries via email, and primarily handling incoming calls from customers. The role involves updating systems to maintain accurate client data, collaborating with internal teams to support customer needs, managing cases to minimize business risks, and ensuring high-quality service delivery with every interaction.
Success in this role requires customer service or administrative experience and strong communication skills. The Customer Service Associate will support ambitious growth and sales targets, working closely with external clients, sales, underwriting, and operational departments in an environment where every contribution is valued and every perspective heard.
What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)
* Customer Service and/or Administration experience
* Confidence in dealing with customers on the telephone
* Able to thrive in a busy environment
* A - C in English & Maths GCSE or equivalent qualification
* Ability to interact professionally with people at all levels
* Self-motivated with a positive, proactive approach
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* High level of organization and attention to detail
* Willing to commit to a 12-month fixed-term contract
