Job Title: Customer Service Administrator Location: Raynesway, Derby Rate: £13.20 per hour Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm (early finish at 3:30pm on Fridays) Contract: Office-based We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Administrator to join Severn Trent in their Raynesway office. This role would suit someone who has strong attention to detail, is comfortable handling data, and enjoys providing excellent service to both customers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Build and process permits with accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulations. Liaise with customers, highways authorities, and local councils to obtain permits and resolve queries. Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering a professional and friendly service. Work confidently with internal systems and databases to maintain accurate records. Support the wider team with administration and customer-focused tasks.
