Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:15am - 3:45pm (Term Time Only)

A friendly and inclusive primary school in Acton, West London (Borough of Ealing) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team in September.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with SEND, including Autism and global developmental delay
* Support learning, behaviour and emotional regulation throughout the school day
* Help with classroom organisation, preparation of materials, and supervision
* Assist with personal care when required
* Work collaboratively with class teachers and support staff
Requirements:
* Experience supporting children with SEND in a school or care setting
* Willingness to provide personal care where needed
* Positive, enthusiastic approach to working with children
* Strong team-working and communication skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
