We've partnered up with a leading investment bank in Belfast to recruit for a Lead Business Analyst / Project Manager to play a critical role in delivering strategic regulatory change initiatives across Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and post-trade operations.
Rate: ÂŁ645 umbrella/day.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
âś… Lead cross-regional workstreams within large regulatory programmes
âś… Align global stakeholders across Operations, Tech, Legal & Compliance
âś… Translate regulatory mandates into actionable business & functional requirements
âś… Support test strategy, execution, and business readiness for go-live
âś… Track delivery, resolve blockers, and maintain governance artefacts
âś… Present clear status updates and risk mitigations to senior leadership
✅ Ensure adherence to Citi’s PM standards and regulatory compliance framework
âś… Drive insights from data to support delivery and demonstrate value
💼 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 10+ years in financial services, with 5+ in regulatory or programme delivery
✔️ Track record of delivering major change in Capital Markets (e.g. CSDR, EMIR Refit, SFTR, MiFID II, Basel III/CRR II)
✔️ Strong knowledge of post-trade functions—trade capture, margining, settlement, controls
✔️ Skilled in working across geographies and stakeholder groups
✔️ Confident in documentation, process mapping, and issue resolution
✔️ Familiarity with market infrastructure (CCPs, CSDs, custodians) and industry bodies (ISDA, ICMA, AFME)
