Teaching and Learning Team Leader\n\nLocation: Multiple Centres (Regional Travel Required)\n Salary: Up to £48,000 Basic Salary + Benefits\n Contract: Full-time, permanent\n\nAbout the Role\n\nOur client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Teaching and Learning Team Leader\n\n / Regional Education Manager to oversee the operational and educational performance of multiple learning centres. This role is key in ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning in line with Ofsted standards, supporting both staff and learners to achieve their full potential.\n\nYou will lead and develop a team of tutors, oversee daily centre operations, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement in educational outcomes. Acting as the vital link between centre teams and senior leadership, you’ll also contribute to strategic planning and organisational growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTutor Leadership & Development\n\nRecruit, onboard, and train tutors to meet organisational and Ofsted standards.\nConduct lesson observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching quality.\nManage tutor schedules and workload across multiple centres.\nOperational Oversight\n\nOversee the daily operations of centres, ensuring smooth running and high standards.\nImplement policies, procedures, and best practices for tutor management and learner engagement.\nMonitor performance metrics including student progress and centre compliance.\nQuality Assurance\n\nEvaluate teaching quality through regular observations.\nSupport tutors with lesson planning and delivery.\nAnalyse learner outcomes and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.\nCompliance & Inspection Readiness\n\nEnsure centres are fully compliant with Ofsted and other regulatory standards.\nLead preparation for Ofsted inspections and follow-up on action plans.\nStrategic & Data-Driven Leadership\n\nWork with senior management to develop strategies for operational and educational excellence.\nAnalyse data to report on centre performance and recommend improvements.\nAbout You\n\nEssential:\n\nEducation qualification at Level 5 or above.\nMinimum 3 years in educational management or operations.\nAt least 5 years of teaching experience.\nStrong track record in lesson observations and improving teaching standards.\nExperience working to Ofsted criteria and preparing for inspections.\nDesirable:\n\nFamiliarity with e-Portfolio systems (preferably OneFile).\nExperience with The Matrix Standard.\nCommitment to CPD.\nSkills & Competencies:\n\nStrong leadership and interpersonal skills.\nExcellent organisational and multitasking ability.\nAnalytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills.\nWillingness to travel regionally as required.\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n£46,000 - £48,000 Basic Salary (subject to experience)\nCompany benefits Inc.
