Tudor Employment Agency Ltd are currently recruiting for a temporary Transport Administrator for our prestigious client based in Cannock.
The successful applicant will be required to provide full admin support to the Transport Department - training on the actual functions will be provided.
Duties will include:
* Updating databases
* Taking driver dispatch notes
* Taking inbound calls / queries
* Handling emails
* Admin support for the department
The ideal candidate:
* Fully familiar with Microsoft programs – in particular Excel
* Administration experience
* A positive approach to work
* Ability to work as part of a team
PLEASE NOTE:This position is only temporary ongoing
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm / 6am - 2pm (x2 Weekly rotation)
Some Saturday's required 6am - 10am
Hourly rate: £12.21phr
