JOB DESCRIPTION
OVERVIEW
Redcentric requires a generalist Business Analyst to join the CTO team to support delivery of the corporate business transformation programme. The ideal candidate will have a broad corporate business background with exposure to the following domains of knowledge: sales, billing invoicing and reporting.
AIM OF THE ROLE:
Deliver digital first corporate business processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties will include, but are not restricted to the following:
Discovery
* As directed from the Corporate Business Transformation Outcomes roadmap, prepare and lead discovery workshops with business-wide SME's to map current processes and pain points
* Work with the Head of Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architect and SME's to identify and map target process model
* Ensure Target process model aligns with and supports Corporate Business strategy and technical enterprise architecture
* Create persona-based user stories for delivery
Delivery
* Work with delivery teams "in sprint" to ensure user story acceptance criteria can be met in the delivered solution at sprint end review
* Work with process transition teams to facilitate movement of business process from current state to target state
Communication
* You will ensure all artifacts created during discovery and delivery processes are clear, accurate, concise and made available to all key stake holders
* You will provide regular updates to the Programme Team and attend all necessary meetings to ensure we can track and manage progress clearly and transparently
* You will challenge existing business processes to ensure we meet the outcomes of the Corporate Business Transformation Outcomes roadmap

PERSON SPECIFICATION
The ideal candidate will be a bright and enthusiastic individual who is dedicated to achieving great results, they will ideally have the following skills, attributes and experience:
ESSENTIAL
* Minimum 3 Years Business Analyst experience gained in a complex corporate organisation
* Minimum 2 Years working in an agile environment, ideally Scrum
* Knowledge and awareness of CRM, ERP and Billing platforms and architectures
* A clear understanding of mapping, dissecting and rebuilding data and entity models to support new business outcomes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally
* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, time management, organisational and problem-solving skills
* Customer-focused
* Professional, positive, confident and friendly
* Highly self-motivated
* Ability to work well under pressure within a busy environment and prioritise tasks accordingly
* Committed to delivering high quality work
SUPPORTING EXPOSURE TO
* D365 Customer Engagement, D365 Finance and Operations, Data Lake, Power Bi
* Billing platforms E.G Microsoft, AWS, Cloudmore
* Azure DevOps, JIRA, Lucid or similar tools to capture and refined target process models
* BPMN notation
* Office 365 applications including Word, Excel and Teams
ON SITE ATTENDANCE
* Ideally the candidate should be able to commute to our Harrogate head office
* There is likely to be occasional travel to our Reading, York and London offices
* Redcentric has a flexible working policy. The expectation is that the role will require face to face interaction in the office 2-3 days per week.
