* Proactively hunting new business thus unlocking untapped potential
* Deepening relationships with our most valuable customers
* Constantly using our industry leading data and market intel to outmanoeuvre the competition
* Leveraging the power of our brands — BNT, Autolign, HCB, JAS, and more to deliver value
We're looking for someone who’s more than a sales operative — you're a trusted advisor, a results machine, and a confident negotiator. You'll work closely with branches, category managers, and key accounts to make smart plays, fast moves, and deliver big wins.
What You'll Bring…
* Proven track record in B2B or trade sales
* Confidence with CRM, customer profiling, and strategic territory management
* Strong written/oral communication and influencing skills
* A natural hunter mindset; one that is persistent, resilient, professional, and proactive
Bonus Points Available For…
* Experience in a highly competitive, trade related industry
* Key account growth or trade network relationship skills (e.g. Capricorn)
