* Registered Nurse / Midwife with current NMC registration
* Experience in interviewing registered and unregistered healthcare professionals
* Healthcare experience is required
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation of new care packages
2. Re-assessment of clinical tasks/requirements
3. Leading monthly team meetings
4. Care planning and risk assessments – initial and ongoing
5. Conducting new client meetings (where required)
6. Medication and clinical audits
7. Providing clinical supervision for Registered Nurses on care packages
8. Competency sign-off and management
9. Clinical liaison with the MDT as required
10. Providing standard and emergency support to the regional Care functions of OneCall24 Healthcare
11. Providing clinical oversight in accordance with best practices, policies, procedures, standards, legislative requirements, and CQC regulations
12. Supporting the Operations Director and Clinical Management within financial plans
13. Supporting Care services to meet agreed standards
14. Ensuring all care is delivered in line with person-centered care plans and bespoke service user requirements, including long-term conditions (e.g., Cerebral Palsy, MND, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, MS), ventilation, tracheostomy, spinal injury, acquired brain injury, paediatric complex care, learning disability, end-of-life care, medication management, diet, and nutrition management
15. Ensuring care teams have relevant skills to provide personal care and support, including bathing, washing, mealtimes, and other personal care tasks
16. Training care staff in the use of specialist medical equipment
17. Working within the structure and ethos of OneCall24 Healthcare
18. Aligning with the company's mission, vision, and values
19. Developing effective relationships with care teams and management
20. Maintaining current clinical skills and undertaking necessary training and development
21. Leading or participating in audit processes to monitor quality and safety
22. Supporting staff development through spot checks, feedback, and action planning
23. Daily travel within the role
