To perform service visits for reported calls across our customer base within a designated region. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing professional service operations, adapting to evolving manufacturer products and functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer service requests for business equipment and production printers.
2. Diagnose faults and perform effective repairs, including adjustments, cleaning, or part replacements.
3. Conduct preventative maintenance following manufacturer guidelines.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve new or unusual faults.
5. Escalate calls promptly when necessary.
6. Inform customers of completed work and ensure satisfaction with machine performance.
7. Install equipment sold by the company and ensure optimal functionality.
8. Provide guidance and training to customers for optimal equipment use.
9. Manage stock of spare parts and consumables effectively.
10. Utilise provided resources efficiently.
11. Achieve performance targets, identifying and addressing below-target performance.
12. Manage call schedule efficiently to maximise daily productivity.
