Renewals Manager (FTC)

Cirencester, Gloucestershire | Fixed-Term Contract | Starting ASAP

We are looking for a Renewals Manager with prior industry experience to cover a period of maternity leave. This role involves managing the entire renewals process and collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless customer process.

What You'll Be Doing:

* Supervising, coordinating and administering renewal quotations in accordance with the established renewal process.
* Managing and developing the renewal process to ensure timely completion of renewals.
* Engaging with vendors and distribution to obtain support/license/subscriptions renewal quotations.
* Creating and developing all customer-facing documentation, ranging from quotes to comprehensive proposals, in collaboration with the sales teams and any other relevant stakeholders.
* Maintaining accurate records of renewals activities within the Salesforce system.
* Acting as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders for renewal-based queries.
* Ensuring that all renewals are accurately processed and invoiced.
* Creating any necessary service reports during the contract term.
* Undertaking any customer meetings/phone calls required alongside the sales team.
* Providing detailed and accurate renewal forecasts, encompassing pricing, timing and any notable risks.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to develop, maintain and report on departmental KPIs.
* Focusing on continuous improvement of the customer experience and automation of the renewal process.
* Identifying trends, opportunities and areas for improvement to enhance the renewal process.

* Ability to present data and analysis in a high impact visual manner to senior stakeholders, drawing out the key messages and findings.
* A customer-focused approach characterised by a natural talent for delivering solutions and improving long-term satisfaction.
* Experience in using NetSuite or Salesforce is desirable.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cirencester GL7 6BQ
