Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Perform planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and commissioning on HVAC and cooling systems within datacenter environments.
* Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, service, install, and commission refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, particularly liquid cooling systems.
* Provide precision cooling for data centers.
* Lead and support on-site engineers, ensuring high standards.
* Diagnose faults and perform repairs on electrical and mechanical components.
* Manage and update asset records for contract execution.
* Build strong client relationships and act as on-site technical lead.
* Quote and deliver small projects and remedial works.
* Submit clear and accurate engineering reports.
What We're Looking For:
* F-Gas Certification (mandatory)
* Experience with data centre HVAC systems and/or fluid cooling technologies
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred)
* Strong fault-finding and repair skills in mechanical and electrical systems
* Ability to work independently or in a team; mentoring junior engineers
* Health & Safety tickets (PASMA, IPAF, etc.) are a bonus
* Full UK Driving Licence
Salary & Hours:
* Up to £45,000, including door-to-door travel pay
* 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
* 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
