We’re working with a secondary school in Wakefield looking for a Food Technology Teacher to join them in September. It’s a full-time role in a school that really values practical subjects, not just as a timetable filler, but as something students genuinely enjoy and take pride in.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be teaching Food Tech across KS3 and KS4. Think proper hands-on lessons, helping students build confidence in the kitchen, understand nutrition, and pick up skills they’ll actually use outside school. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about getting stuck in and giving things a go.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
