About the role
As a Positional Analyst, you’lldeliver detailed video and live analysis on players in key positions across assigned markets. Working closely with our Lead Video Analyst, datateamand Head of Technical Scouting, you’llbuild clear, objective evidence that supports recruitment strategy and future transfer planning.

What you’ll do
* Analyseprospective target players using video, data and live observation whererequired
* Create evidence‑based clips and reports aligned to our positional profiles and recruitment framework
* Identifynew potential targets and ensure they move quickly through the recruitment workflow
* Use industry‑standard software (including Wyscout,HudlandSportscode) to support clear insight
* Upload and manage reports and presentations across internal digital platforms
* Work flexibly to meet deadlines and the demands of the football calendar
What you’ll bring
Essential
* A strong understanding of football game models, playing styles and positional profiles
* Experienceanalysingplayer potential and performance, including emerging talent
* High attention to detail with the ability to turn insight into clear recommendations
* Confidence working independently while contributing fully to a collaborative team
* Experience using industry analysis and video editing software
* A growth mindset, curiosity, and the confidence to challenge constructively
Desirable
* Experience working within an elite football or sports environment
* Progress towards FA Talent ID qualification
