Have you worked with Compucare 8 or managed a PAS system in a healthcare environment?
We are looking for a talented and motivated Application Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting the systems that underpin patient services and operational performance.
This role will act as the lead specialist for Compucare 8, supporting the roll-out, optimisation and ongoing management of the application across the organisation. Working closely with clinical, operational and administrative teams, you will help translate operational challenges into practical system solutions that improve efficiency and support excellent patient care.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Act as the lead application specialist for Compucare 8, supporting the implementation and organisational roll-out of the system.
2. Manage the configuration, optimisation and ongoing support of Compucare 8 to ensure effective system performance.
3. Provide specialist support for clinical and operational applications, ensuring reliability and efficiency
4. Act as a bridge between operational teams and IT, translating user queries and requirements into practical system solutions
5. Support system upgrades, testing, configuration changes and integrations
6. Work with external suppliers and system vendors to troubleshoot issues and deliver system enhancements
7. Develop documentation, user guidance and training materials to support effective system adoption
8. Identify opportunities to improve processes and maximise the value of digital systems
About You
You will bring a combination of healthcare systems knowledge, analytical thinking and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
9. Demonstrable experience managing or supporting CompuCare 8
10. Experience supporting the implementation or roll-out of a patient administration or clinical system
11. Experience working within a healthcare environment
12. Strong business analysis capability, with the ability to translate operational queries into system improvements and effective application usage
13. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
14. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Location: Multi-site; Crowborough, East Grinstead, Seaford and Eastbourne with the working base at Crowborough.
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: up to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
