What you will do in this role
* Dealing with donors on behalf of a leading humanitarian organization through outbound calling, email, chat & social media.
* Passionate about building relationships and establishing trust with supporters with a view to securing ongoing donations.
* Being able to work professionally and efficiently dealing with donors to maintain and drive great results.
QualificationsRequired
* Excellent communication skills in English and German, both oral and written.
* Ability to influence others.
* A minimum of 6-12 months’ experience within a customer focused role.
* An adaptable approach when dealing with supporters.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
* Strong attention to detail.
* PC literate with the ability to use multiple systems.
Preferred:
* Previous experience within a fundraising role
