About the Role
As the Lead RVN you will be a key player in this well‑established practice. Your responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring anaesthesia and performing theatre duties
* Overseeing the daily operations of clinical areas
* Supporting and training junior team members
* Running nurse consultations such as weight clinics and diabetes management
* Collaborating closely with the vet and Client Care Advisor (CCA) team
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
* An experienced RVN with at least one year of qualification
* Highly organised and passionate about maintaining high clinical standards
* Ready to step into a leadership role or already possessing some leadership experience
* Interested in mentoring junior team members and potentially becoming a Clinical Coach
