We're looking for a confident, reliable and personable Viewing Agent to support our presence across East Lothian. This is a contract role (not directly employed by Umega), ideal for someone who enjoys being out and about, meeting people, and representing our brand to the highest standard.
You'll be the face of the business during viewings, both for Lettings and Estate Agency, creating strong first impressions, delivering a professional and informed experience, and ensuring every property is presented at its best.

The Role
The focus of this role is simple: deliver outstanding property viewings that convert interest into offers and applications.
You'll primarily conduct:
Out-of-hours viewings (evenings and weekends)
In-hours viewings during the week where required
You'll be responsible for:
Meeting buyers and tenants at properties across East Lothian
Hosting professional, engaging, and well-informed viewings
Answering questions confidently about the property and local area
Providing structured feedback after each viewing
Ensuring properties are secure and left as found
Acting as a trusted representative of the brand at all times
This role suits someone who is:
Well-presented and confident meeting new people
Organised and dependable
Comfortable working independently
Flexible with availability, particularly evenings and weekends
Knowledgeable about Dunbar, East Lothian and the surrounding area (or willing to become so quickly)
Property experience is helpful but not essential. Attitude, communication skills, and reliability are key.
