The Role
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our team and support the business with the production of high-quality marketing and sales assets.
You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to bring brand guidelines to life through engaging visual content. As part of a small team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, take ownership of projects, and help shape our visual identity.
This is a hybrid role based in Wilmslow (Manchester). Occasional travel may be required to capture photo or video content for marketing and social media.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop sales and marketing collateral, including presentations and promotional assets
* Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and visual standards
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and business initiatives
* Organise and maintain visual assets across marketing channels
* Occasionally travel to capture photo and video content for marketing use
* Support the development and evolution of the company’s brand identity and marketing materials
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Ability to design confidently using established brand guidelines
* Experience creating social media graphics and marketing content
* Basic photography or video content capture skills
* Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
* Ability to work effectively in a small, fast-moving team environment
* Good organisation and time management skills
* A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work
* Experience using Canva
