This Top 30 UK head-quartered law firm is looking for a lawyer with upwards of 5 PQE in Professional Indemnity and Policy Coverage to join the firm’s in-house legal team.
The Role
Key responsibilities include handling claims, complaints, and insurance across the firm. The role involves investigating and responding to complaints, managing claims, liaising with the Legal Ombudsman, overseeing insurance notifications and renewals, and assisting with internal and regulatory investigations.
* Qualified lawyer likely to have 5–10 years’ PQE, ideally in litigation.
* Experience in professional negligence, claims against solicitors and knowledge of insurance coverage is required
* Resilient, proactive, and able to build strong relationships across the business.
* Previous experience in a large City or international law firm is desirable.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a litigation solicitor to take on a varied and strategic in-house role within a very well-regarded Risk and Compliance function.
