The successful candidate needs to:- • Be capable of developing and implementing a range of creative and innovative ideas to further our catering provision • Be motivated and have a passion for quality coupled with the highest standards in food production, presentation, and service • Be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of practical cooking in a large-scale environment, budget management experience and good IT skills • Have supervisory experience and be able to demonstrate good leadership and motivational skills • Have effective communication skills with an emphasis on customer care are essential • Have the ability to work and lead as part of a team to ensure a high-quality service. • Be creative, enthusiastic and committed to making a real difference to the lives of our children • Be a positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively and inspires others to “Be the Best They Can Be” • Is keen to continue developing their skills and expertise.
