Land Valuation Surveyor
Location - (Remote UK Based)
Salary £50,000 – £65,000 depending on experience
Working Hours - Full Time, Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00
**Please note, that there is also an option for this role to be part time**
The Role

We’re looking for a land valuation professional to join our team and support the assessment and pricing of land listed for sale.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to:

You’ll be working closely with experienced team members, helping review land opportunities, analyse pricing, and develop your commercial understanding of the land market.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the assessment and validation of land values prior to listing
* Analyse comparable evidence and local market activity
* Assist in reviewing pricing guidance for land opportunities
* Identify inconsistencies or risks in valuations
* Help respond to land-related queries from internal teams and clients
* Work with external partners to provide valuation guidance and market insight
* Offer practical advice on pricing and positioning of land opportunities
* Build knowledge across different land types (residential, development, rural)
* Contribute to improving internal valuation processes
About you
* Full UK driving licence essential due to potential travel to sites and client meetings
* Comfortable working across all land types
* Commercially astute with strong financial awareness
* IT literate and able to communicate well with the business
* Exceptional technical capability
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
* Willingness to learn and develop valuation skills
* Proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment
* Understanding of comparables, planning, and land value drivers
Experience
* Minimum 18 months experience in land valuations
Preferred qualifications
* AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS
Also considered
* RICS Level 1, 2 & 3 surveys (previous experience not essential).
* Strong hands-on experience without formal qualification
