We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Accounts Receivable Assistant at our Bedford HQ. Working Monday to Friday, you&©ll be paid £26,000.

Purpose of the role
As a key member the accounts receivable team, you will ensure efficient and measurable collection of customer accounts. To ensure payments are received to terms and issues resolved in a timely manner to sustain the companies&© cash flow

How you will make as an Accounts Receivables Assistant at Movianto:
* Monitoring incoming payments and ensuring they're correctly applied to customer accounts
* Resolving queries around outstanding balances
* Managing customer credit limits and highlighting high-risk accounts
* Handling dunning letters and responding to customer queries
* Supporting client onboarding and internal finance projects
* Working with our claims team to help settle invoices and resolve disputes
* Assisting with direct debit and other cash collection methods
* Maintaining and improving AR policies, processes, and controls
* Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
* Supporting system testing, reporting and ad hoc finance tasks as needed
What it will take to thrive as an Accounts Receivables Assistant at Movianto:
* Experience in a similar accounts receivable or credit control role
* Knowledge of Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud is a plus
* Strong credit management background
* Understanding of the logistics sector
* Confident under pressure with a professional phone manner
* Familiar with corporate finance policies
* Flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable working with diverse teams and customers
