The team has clear values, service role and processes that guide interventions and the occupational therapy process.
We work flexibly to provide an equitable community occupational therapy service covering all localities within the Perth and Kinross HSCP. This covers a mix of Perth city and rural geography. We work as part of the Multidisciplinary Community Mental Health Teams.

We are looking for a compassionate person with experience in mental health and wellbeing, an interest and training in Sensory Integration and a commitment to promoting the value of occupational therapy. We use occupation as the foundation of our work in collaboration with people as a basis for bringing value and purpose to their lives. This may involve the use of specialist assessment, current evidence-based treatments, or techniques to support decision making, goal achievement, empowerment through independence, supported self-management and recovery where possible.
Our Service provides excellent formal and informal supervision, actively supports individual development through performance development review and learning plans, provides a framework for encouraging CPD and promotes innovative practice.
