In this pivotal role, you will work closely with teachers to support learning across the school, lead whole-class sessions when required, and help drive high standards of achievement for all pupils. What you will need HLTA status. Strong understanding of the primary curriculum. Confidence in leading whole-class teaching. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude. A genuine passion for supporting children to succeed. Experience supporting speech and Language would be desirable.
