Cover Teacher - Full Time - Redbridge
Are you confident, adaptable, and passionate about supporting young people in a school setting? A welcoming and community-driven secondary school in Redbridge is looking for a Cover Teacher/ Supervisor to join the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, builds rapport easily, and wants to gain hands-on experience in education.
This is a full time position (5 days a week) but we also have part time/daily cover opportunities available in the local area

As a Cover Teacher, you will:
* Supervise classes across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher
* Deliver pre-prepared work and ensure students remain on task
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Support students with questions and encourage positive engagement
* Build strong relationships with pupils and be a consistent, calm presence
* Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams
No planning or marking is required-your focus is on delivering lessons confidently and maintaining a productive classroom environment.

* Have experience in a school setting, either as a TA or as a Cover Supervisor
