Technical Manager We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with a strong engineering bias to join a leading high-volume residential housebuilder. This is a leadership role with responsibility for the technical and engineering delivery of multiple large-scale developments, supported by two direct reports (Technical Coordinators). The position is well suited to a technically robust professional with a civil engineering mindset and a proven background in residential infrastructure. You will lead the technical function, manage consultant performance, and ensure engineering solutions are practical, compliant, and commercially efficient.
