Natural promoters of customer service excellence, they go out of their way to provide an outstanding in-store experience to ensure that our customers return time and time again. Hardworking and dedicated, our Style Advisors treat our customers as their primary focus, actively listening to their needs and providing considered product and styling options to enhance the overall store performance. As a Style Advisor, you will need to connect with customers with personality and pride, acting as a brand ambassador to promote and deliver the outstanding customer experience we are renowned for. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will stay up to speed on the latest styles and be the driving force behind service in store, making the customer experience sparkle with your passionate, customer-facing perspective. Efficiently identifying and advising customers on outfit building will be second nature, whether that be daywear, workwear, or wedding wear. You will also strive to help achieve commercial objectives by finding the best style solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
1. Actively greeting, assisting, and selling in a professional and consultative manner to build multiple sales and champion our high-quality, premium products.
2. Delivering an inspirational picture of the TFG vision in store to drive performance by maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
3. Operating an electronic Point of Sale system, handling transactions accurately, and engaging customers for future opportunities.
4. Assisting in all tasks required for the smooth day-to-day running of the store, promoting our brand and products.
We provide full training and ongoing support to ensure you succeed. The role requires reliability, motivation, flexibility to work on a rota basis, and excellent communication skills. You should be customer-centric, take pride in your work, and focus on adding value and maximizing commercial opportunities.
