We are looking for an organised and proactive People Coordinator to join our HR team in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This is a key support role that plays an integral part in attracting and onboarding top talent across the business and helping us to keep our colleagues engaged and happy throughout their careers. Working closely with hiring managers, the wider People Team, and external partners, you’ll be responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment activity—ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for candidates and stakeholders alike. Another element of this role will be working with the wider People Team to run yearly engagement campaigns including organising exciting events such as colleague appreciation days and other exciting initiatives!
If you’re looking to take the next step in your career, this role offers genuine opportunity for growth within the People Team. We’re looking for someone with ambition, initiative, and a passion for delivering great results. You’ll have the chance to broaden your knowledge of the wider People function and take on more responsibility, with the option to progress into a People Advisor role if that feels like the right path for you.
