Position: Finance & Administration Assistant * Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum * Contract: Permanent, Full-Time, 37 hours per week/ 0830 – 5pm or 9am – 5:30pm * Location: Welwyn Garden City, Herts Finance & Administration Assistant: Do you have a passion for finance and administration? If you answer ‘YES’ to some of the above please get in touch with TalentHQ Recruitment today… Our client: Our client is highly established and one of the leading providers of reduction services in the UK and have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Finance & Administration Assistant. Principle Responsibilities: Finance Sales Ledger; bank reconciliations, copy invoices, raising credits, processing Direct Debit Mandates on sage. Provide Finance and Administration manager support in processing monthly Direct Debit runs. Purchase Ledger; checking & processing purchase orders, authorising and processing invoices, statement reconciliation. Car lease invoice journals quarterly. Processing expenses and supporting with fuel declarations (and Mileage analysis). Payment runs, weekly, monthly and Adhoc. Credit Control; Running aged debtor reports and meetings, liaising with different teams to recover monies owed. Monitor accounts inbox. Understand the Telecom and Waste system(s) to be able to complete a bill run once a quarter. Provide support with Membership billing. General administrative and Clerical Support Managing the Timetastic software for holiday and sickness, Provide cover for reception as required including answering the telephone and greeting visitors.
