Your responsibilities will include: Greeting visitors with a warm and welcoming smile Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages Maintaining a tidy reception area to create a great first impression Assisting team members with administrative tasks as needed ✍️ What You Need To Be Considered: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ️ Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software A positive attitude and a willingness to help others Previous reception or customer service experience is a plus!
