They are seeking a confident, customer-focused Sales Executive to join their regional team and play a key role in driving reservations and delivering an exceptional buying experience for customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record in property sales (new homes or estate agency) who is looking to join a reputable developer at an exciting stage of growth. The Role As a Sales Executive, you’ll be based on-site at new developments, acting as the main point of contact for potential buyers. You’ll manage the full customer journey – from the very first enquiry right through to legal completion – ensuring a smooth and professional process every step of the way. What We’re Looking For: * Previous experience in new homes sales or a strong background in residential property sales. * A natural ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly. * Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays. * Professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented. Key Responsibilities: * Maximising sales opportunities across allocated sites, achieving and exceeding targets. * Guiding purchasers through the buying process, delivering outstanding service throughout. * Maintaining accurate sales records and customer data. * Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and internal colleagues to progress sales efficiently. * Keeping the show homes and sales suite presented to the highest standards. * Monitoring local market activity and competitor developments. * Supporting marketing initiatives and promotional events as required.
