SEN Teaching Assistant
Long-Term SEN Opportunities | Coventry, Nuneaton, Leamington Spa and Surrounding Areas
Some pupils make progress because the adults around them stay consistent.
That is where this role makes the difference.
Sprint works exclusively on SEN roles. Schools usually come to us when they are looking for stability, not ad-hoc cover. We partner with mainstream primary schools, mainstream secondary schools, and specialist SEN settings across Coventry and nearby areas to place Teaching Assistants who want to build relationships and see progress over time.
These are often full-time, long-term and permanent SEN Teaching Assistant roles for people who value routine, patience, and the quieter wins that come from consistency.
About the role
We're recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for a range of long-term placements across Coventry and Warwickshire. Depending on the setting, you may be working:
*
In mainstream primary schools with established SEN provision
*
In mainstream secondary schools supporting pupils with additional needs
