Sales Manager
Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Manager to drive operational excellence and manage a team of Business Development Leads to deliver an optimum level of service to their customers.
You will have a proven track record of engaging with, motivating, and proactively managing a sales team, and confidence with working in a busy sales environment.
Benefits and Package for a Sales Manager:
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum + an uncapped commission structure
Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:
Leading, inspiring, and developing a team of BDL to achieve and exceed performance targets
Monitoring and optimising Contact Centre metrics to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Weekly meetings with CEO and key senior stakeholders to discuss team performance and ongoing targets
Providing hands-on coaching and development to enhance team performance and individual growth
Holding training sessions for raw talent candidates
Driving results for ambitious KPIs and service standards
Utilising your commercial acumen to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Collaborating with other departments to align strategies and achieve business goals
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Manager:
3+ years as a Sales Team Manager
Experience managing a team of 10 or more
Team and side-by-side coaching experience is advantageous
A proven track record of engaging with and managing a sales team
