About the role
My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead, oversee, and manage a Groundworks and RC frames project from planning through production and delivery, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Manage full project lifecycle including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery
* Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and fabrication requirements
* Coordinate across engineering, procurement, workshop, and site teams
* Manage suppliers, subcontractors, and material logistics
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and industry standards
* Track costs, manage risks, and maintain project profitability
* Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and clients
* Lead and supervise fabrication teams, project staff, and coordinators
* Allocate resources effectively and ensure team productivity
* Mentor and develop team members, promoting skills growth and performance
* Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to procedures
* Drive accountability, performance standards, and continuous improvement
* Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, demonstrating leadership and decision-making
Requirements
