Overview
PRS have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie based at a site in Rugby. Permanent role based on working 3 on and 3 off (shifts fall between 7am to 6pm). Paying £13.30 per hour.
The site currently caters for approximately 650 people twice a day.
Responsibilities
* Work as Chef de Partie in a site serving around 650 meals twice daily.
* Operate in a customer facing role with a proactive approach to deliver exceptional service in line with customer and client demands.
* Develop and contribute to menus and service quality with an innovative and conscientious approach.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 - Culinary or equivalent (preferable, but training can be given).
* Food Hygiene Certificate - Level 2 (preferable, but training can be given).
* Full security vetting and DBS applies which will be carried out by the client.
