Outbound Telesales - Remote
Monday to Friday only
Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) | Equipment provided
£24,500 basic salary | OTE £30,000–£33,000
We’re hiring for a fully remote sales role with a well-established UK insurance provider. If you have experience in outbound sales, enjoy working towards targets, and are looking for a role that offers both stability and earning potential, this could be a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
* Make 150–200 outbound calls per day via an automated dialler
* Speak with new, existing, and previous customers
* Recommend suitable insurance products for household appliances and technology
* Achieve daily sales targets (7–10 sales per day)
* Build rapport with customers while following a compliant sales process
What We’re Looking For
* A minimum of 12 months’ experience in outbound sales (call centre or telesales essential)
* Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven individuals
* Ability to work independently in a home-based environment
* A quiet, dedicated workspace and stable internet connection
What’s on Offer
* £24,500 basic salary
* On-target earnings between £30,000–£33,000 (top performers exceed this)
* Monday–Friday working pattern (no weekends, occasional Bank Holidays)
