Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) - RL469
People Incorporated is a human service agency serving the Southcoast community, including the Greater Fall River, New Bedford, and Taunton areas. Since 1968, we have been one of the largest providers of supports and services to people of all abilities in the community. We are offering full-time LPN/RN roles with additional PT / Per Diem and Weekend Warrior positions available.
Responsibilities
* On a daily basis, provide a structured routine including house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
* Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual Programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
* De-escalation and crisis management may be required to maintain the safety of others.
Requirements
* MA state valid LPN or RN license.
* A qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver’s license are required.
* TB screening and Physical required upon hire with a TB update every two years.
Compensation & Schedule
LPN: Full Time $34.75/hour; Per Diem $30.50/hour; Weekend Warrior $40.25/hour. RN: Full Time $41.25/hour; Per Diem $38.00/hour.
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am–4pm.
