In this role, you will deliver practical and classroom-based training to groups of apprentices and full-time learners. You'll provide hands-on guidance, share your trade expertise, and support learners to develop their skills and knowledge to industry standards.
The successful candidate will hold a qualification in Bricklaying and have strong industry experience. Previous teaching or training experience is not required, as full training and qualifications will be provided.
This role is ideal for an experienced bricklayer or construction professional who wants to transition into a teaching role, while joining an employer that truly invests in its people.
The Role:
* Based in Crawley, Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours/week
* Delivering practical and theory training sessions in Bricklaying
* Supporting learners to achieve apprenticeship or full-time study outcomes
* Full Training Provided
The Person:
* Vocational qualification in Bricklaying
* Significant hands-on industry experience
* Passionate about training and developing others
