We are looking for committed and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our Multi-Academy Trust, working across a range of primary schools in Chigwell.
About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored support for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). You will play a vital role in enabling every child to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs
2. Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and EHCP targets
3. Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural development
4. Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs
5. Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
6. Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals

9. Strong communication and teamwork skills
10. Experience working with children with additional needs is desirable
11. Relevant qualifications or training in SEND support are advantageous
