Job Title: Team Leader – Leicester
Location: Leicester
Pay Rate: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
About the Role:
Oversee daily operations within the home, supporting and supervising residential staff while ensuring high standards of care for children and young people.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support residential support workers
* Ensure care plans are implemented and reviewed
* Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of residents
* Liaise with external agencies and attend reviews/meetings
* Provide on-call support and contribute to the on-call rota

Qualifications and Essential Requirements:
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

* Strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory standards
