Your Role as a Care Assistant Days: As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents during the day. Your key responsibilities will include: Personalized Support: Assisting residents with personal care routines, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, while respecting their dignity and independence. Meal Assistance: Supporting residents during meal times, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met. Engagement and Activities: Encouraging residents to participate in hobbies, social events, and daily activities to enrich their lives. Health Monitoring: Observing and recording any changes in residents’ health or behavior and promptly reporting concerns to senior staff. Environmental Standards: Maintaining cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere in residents’ rooms and communal areas. Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to ensure all residents receive consistent, high-quality care.
